Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Omar Baumar kicked off to start the match. After 5 played minutes Deportivo Sarandi OFF got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Rexino. Hipolito Dantel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Mario Gorosti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Omar Baumar came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Futbol Moderno F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Baumar couldn't finish the play. Deportivo Sarandi OFF's Mario Gorosti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Baumar in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Futbol Moderno F.C's Hipolito Dantel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Gorosti was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Hipolito Dantel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futbol Moderno F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Dantel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Gorosti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Gorosti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Baumar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 29th minute, Octavio Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidio Musko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mario Gorosti. Deportivo Sarandi OFF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 34 played minutes Deportivo Sarandi OFF got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Salomone. When Omar Baumar came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Futbol Moderno F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Baumar couldn't finish the play. After 38 played minutes, Futbol Moderno F.C's Guillermo Urtats shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mario Gorosti came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Futbol Moderno F.C reached it. Christian Weather might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Gorosti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Weather ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Gorosti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Baumar in the 44th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Octavio Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ariel Luix to strike the kick off in the second half. Omar Baumar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Omar Baumar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futbol Moderno F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Baumar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Omar Baumar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mario Gorosti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Baumar got free with Mario Gorosti in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Luix in the 76th minute of play forced Futbol Moderno F.C's goalkeeper Reynaldo Blanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Gorosti made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Christian Weather sent off a good shot on target. Lino Bilintx kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Omar Baumar kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Futbol Moderno F.C played a much better game than Deportivo Sarandi OFF and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Sarandi OFF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
