Spectators: 5800 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bonifacio Muc got the match started through his kick off. Newbery FC's Aquilino Nuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Ibañez in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Newbery FC booed when Tomy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Dunixi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Arias came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Newbery FC's Bonifacio Muc. But to his dismay, Bonifacio Muc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ezequiel Ibañez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Nuno having to interfere. After having played for 10 minutes, Bonifacio Muc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newbery FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Muc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ezequiel Ibañez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Nuno having to interfere. A collision led to Newbery FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Santos Baudelio hit a great ball. Cirilo Corderun kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Dunixi in the 25th minute of play forced Newbery FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Nuno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Ezequiel Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Nuno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ezequiel Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Ibañez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Nuno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Newbery FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Bonifacio Muc hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Dunixi in the 36th minute of play forced Newbery FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Nuno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ezequiel Ibañez struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Aquilino Nuno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomy FC. Simon Montrelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Nuno having to interfere. Aquilino Nuno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Ibañez's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Tomy FC's Nicolas Dunixi got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tomy FC's zone, Bonifacio Muc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Arias came out of the goal and Bonifacio Muc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezequiel Ibañez to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Abel Dayam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Nuno made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Ezequiel Ibañez sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Newbery FC's Aquilino Nuno got control of the ball when Ezequiel Ibañez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bonifacio Muc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aquilino Nuno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Dunixi, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Nicolas Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Dunixi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Nuno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ezequiel Ibañezs short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Aquilino Nuno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Dunixi in the 71st minute of play forced Newbery FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Nuno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Malvin kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Nicolas Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 80 in the game by Ezequiel Ibañez from a close distance when the talented Aquilino Nuno managed to make a qualified save. Newbery FC's players were relieved. Nicolas Dunixi's late challenge caught a Newbery FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Dunixi helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 minutes, Gerardo Rocio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Newbery FC and the Tomy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gerardo Rocio hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Nicolas Dunixi struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Aquilino Nuno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomy FC.
