Hugo Eufemio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Mario Gorosti made a huge save. Mario Gorosti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Toribio in the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Nerd Old Boys booed when Deportivo Sarandi OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Abajas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Eufemio, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Sarandi OFF's Leandro Rexino got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mario Gorosti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Eufemio in the 21st minute of the match. Felipe Jerold's late challenge caught a Nerd Old Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Jerold helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Sarandi OFF's Felipe Jerold got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Hugo Eufemio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Nerd Old Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Eufemio couldn't finish the play. Celso Leocadio kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Mario Gorosti was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Hugo Eufemio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugo Eufemio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Julio Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Gorosti having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Hugo Eufemio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Nerd Old Boys's Luisito Ignazio got a free kick in the 41st minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Celso Leocadio's late challenge caught a Nerd Old Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Leocadio helped the player get up and apologised. Nerd Old Boys's Americo Geofredo was substituted for Anacleto Toribio. A collision led to Deportivo Sarandi OFF getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Celso Leocadio hit a great ball. Hugo Eufemio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Anselmo Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mario Gorosti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Gorosti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Ignazio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mario Gorosti. Deportivo Sarandi OFF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mario Gorosti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Dacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Mario Gorosti came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Nerd Old Boys's Hugo Eufemio. But to his dismay, Hugo Eufemio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Eufemio in the 80th minute of play forced Deportivo Sarandi OFF's goalkeeper Mario Gorosti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hugo Eufemio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Sarandi OFF's zone, Inocencio Gaspard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Gorosti came out of the goal and Inocencio Gaspard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the game, Ariel Luix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Sarandi OFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nerd Old Boys the free kick. The supporters of Nerd Old Boys booed when Deportivo Sarandi OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nerd Old Boys walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
