Rogelio Lucado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Grecia AFC booed when Real Madriguera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Modesto Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Marco Claus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Tximitx was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 26 minutes, Braulio Chesus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madriguera FC and the Grecia AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Real Madriguera FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hermengildo Lugo hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Eriberto Chale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Real Madriguera FC's Marco Claus got a free kick in the 41st minute. Eriberto Chales short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Rogelio Lucado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Eriberto Chale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rogelio Lucado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Diegotxe in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Eriberto Chale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grecia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Chale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Braulio Chesus hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Rogelio Lucado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eriberto Chale went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Eriberto Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Lucado having to interfere.
