Isidro Herrera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Lugo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Teo Salamon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Salamon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Lucado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Claus in the 23rd minute of play forced Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ's goalkeeper Isidro Herrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Claus came free, but Isidro Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Teo Salamon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Lucado was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ's Cesar Ramond got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermengildo Lugo was the one to do the kick off. After 61 played minutes, Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ's Gaudencio Ted shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rogelio Lucado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ reached it. After 62 played minutes Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Mirande. Isidro Herrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Lugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th match minute, Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Munio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Hermengildo Lugo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madriguera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Lugo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Real Madriguera FC booed when Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Lugo came free, but Isidro Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ and the Real Madriguera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ! In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Real Madriguera FC. Baldomiro Joachim stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Isidro Herrera. 1-1. The Real Madriguera FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Nueva Alianza ᶠᶜ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
