The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Raitin during the 4th minute. Severo Dantae kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Almagro Vip's Bartolo Barea got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 12 played minutes Kimberly Clark got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Raitin. Bartolo Barea in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Norberto Veremundo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cipriano Raitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Hermon hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kimberly Clark's zone, Narciso Gerazan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Veremundo came out of the goal and Narciso Gerazan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Octavio Madaleno fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kimberly Clark's protests and gave Octavio Madaleno a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Kimberly Clark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Madaleno to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kimberly Clark fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Narciso Gerazan placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 24th minute, Cipriano Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartolo Barea spun around in front of the goal 28 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Kimberly Clark's goal. Norberto Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Gerazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kimberly Clark's Norberto Veremundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Kimberly Clark from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Kimberly Clark booed when Almagro Vip was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Hermon didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Norberto Veremundo managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Almagro Vip's Bartolo Barea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 45 minutes into the match Bartolo Barea climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Norberto Veremundo. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Raitin was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Bartolo Barea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kimberly Clark's Norberto Veremundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bartolo Barea sped through Kimberly Clark's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norberto Veremundo. 60 minutes into the match, Kimberly Clark's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Barea came free, but Norberto Veremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victorino Ur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartolo Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Dantae's late challenge caught a Almagro Vip's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Dantae helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Severo Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartolo Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Norberto Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Veremundo having to interfere. Kimberly Clark's Norberto Veremundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Barea in the 73rd minute of play. Narciso Gerazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Norberto Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Barea in the 79th minute of the match. Norberto Veremundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Barea's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Narciso Gerazan scored 4-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberto Veremundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Narciso Gerazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Bartolo Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almagro Vip's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Barea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute of the match Narciso Gerazan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norberto Veremundo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Norberto Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Barea in the 92nd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Almagro Vip players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
