The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Isla Ortigia's Joaquin Adrio got control of the ball when Sebastian Vettel tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Vettel got free with Joaquin Adrio in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Montrelle in the 14th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Braulio Gregory kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Adrio. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Loco Flush in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Adrio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 26 minutes of play, LIONS's Sebastian Vettel made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Adrio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as LIONS's Fernan Abeijon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquin Adrio. That made the score 4-0 after 32 minutes of play. If Aaron Montrelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Vettel got free with Joaquin Adrio in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Adrio made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Aaron Montrelle sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Isla Ortigia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Basilio Haimar was slow to take the kick. During this time LIONS's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LIONS's Basilio Haimar to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Adrio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 44th minute, Aaron Montrelle reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Adrio. The goal made the score 5-0. Joaquin Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Montrelle in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

51 minutes into the game, LIONS's Aaron Montrelle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Adrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Ernesto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of LIONS booed when Isla Ortigia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Araoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Barto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Loco Flush had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Adrio. Isla Ortigia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loco Flush was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After 84 minutes, Ernesto Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Isla Ortigia and the LIONS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LIONS booed when Isla Ortigia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isla Ortigia's Joaquin Adrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Vettel in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Vettel. LIONS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
