Reynaldo Barrionuevo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Guillelmus in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Guillelmus in the 25th minute of play forced Moretti Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Reynaldo Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Guillelmus in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Tintigasta AFC booed when Moretti Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Bero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Teo Aragones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tintigasta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Aragones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Barrionuevo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Onofre in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Barrionuevo saved Moretti Fútbol Club from getting behind. Edgard Bero charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Bero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgard Bero hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Onofre in the 63rd minute of play forced Moretti Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Reynaldo Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Pinto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Celedonio Marcones made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tintigasta AFC's Cornelio Sotil. Melquiades Tomi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Barrionuevo having to interfere. Artemio Eguerdi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Reynaldo Barrionuevo made a huge save. In the 92nd minute, Teo Guillelmus made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Barrionuevo. Moretti Fútbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.
