In the 15th minute, Era hasta los 40's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulo Nunes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Aquila Meto struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Carlos Tipi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parque General Paz. Paulo Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Carlos Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Aquila Meto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parque General Paz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquila Meto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Era hasta los 40's Carlos Tipi got control of the ball when Paulo Nunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Era hasta los 40 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Cloyo to maneuver through the defense. With 30 minutes on the clock, Florentino Iaki commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Parque General Paz fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Carlos Amor had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Victorio Camerino's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Carlos Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Ezkerra in the 40th minute of play. Carlos Tipi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquila Meto in the 41st minute of the match.

If Aquila Meto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquila Meto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Carlos Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Parque General Paz fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Parque General Paz's Aquila Meto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ovidio Erdiano kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Paulo Nunes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Carlos Tipi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Era hasta los 40 getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Victorio Camerino hit a great ball. If Paulo Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Tipi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquila Meto in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Era hasta los 40 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Erdiano to maneuver through the defense. If Aquila Meto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Paulo Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Parque General Paz's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Tipi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Nunes in the 85th minute of play forced Era hasta los 40's goalkeeper Carlos Tipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquila Meto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Carlos Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Rico's late challenge caught a Era hasta los 40's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Nunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Tipi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Nunes ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that Parque General Paz were the better team. Parque General Paz's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
