Malleo AFC's Conrado Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Jayvier in the 18th minute of play. The Malleo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vieja del agua were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Jayvier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonathan Jayvier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Conrado Hug. That made the score 0-4 in the 52 minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Vieja del agua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Xabier to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Jayvier in the 62nd minute of play forced Malleo AFC's goalkeeper Conrado Hug to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Jayvier got free with Conrado Hug in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santo Aurre hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Jayvier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Hug was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Vieja del agua's Jonathan Jayvier got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
