If Prospero Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Fagildo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Dionisio Duardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Mingo made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gerardo Claude sent off a good shot on target. Maximino Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Beremundo in the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Prospero Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Miami FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Etxatxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Mingo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Mingo having to interfere. Fermin Mingo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Rivas's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Gervasio Quintun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Mingo having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Romeo Rivas made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 63 minutes, Romeo Rivas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximino Mingo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Basilio Inge put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Inter Miami FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Basilio Inge hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Miami FC's zone, Paulo Tallia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Mingo came out of the goal and Paulo Tallia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dionisio Duardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Mingo having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Aureliano Oinaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Maximino Mingo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When AlasmdQ FC's Aureliano Oinaz in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Inter Miami FC's Dionisio Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Many of Inter Miami FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Inter Miami FC may have spent more time on the ball, but AlasmdQ FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
