After 35 played minutes Valendrada FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Cloyo. Honorato Uhin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adolfo Hever. BOCA JUNIORS LA 12's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Romeo Jon made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Emanuel Lauren sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florencio Gimenez to strike the kick off in the second half. The BOCA JUNIORS LA 12 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Hever should have stopped the shot. If Emanuel Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
