Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Recreo's Ildefonso Suarez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Maranga's Celestino Oro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeronimo Darien made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Jaime Sal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Joseph charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guido Joseph the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Celestino Oro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jeronimo Darien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremias Gilesindo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match, Artemio Gaitan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Igor Selatse was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Oro in the 21st minute of play forced Recreo's goalkeeper Jeronimo Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Maranga's Igor Selatse got control of the ball when Artemio Gaitan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Selatse made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Artemio Gaitan sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute Osvaldo Erasto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jaime Sal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Recreo's Jeronimo Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Oro in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Sal in the 35th minute of play forced Recreo's goalkeeper Jeronimo Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Maranga's Jeremias Gilesindo got a free kick in the 46th minute. The supporters of Recreo booed when Maranga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Cordario didn't get a good kick on the ball. 51 minutes in the game Teofilo Blasco after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Igor Selatse. A very good opportunity. The Recreo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maranga were winning 0-1.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Sal got free with Jeronimo Darien in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jeronimo Darien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Primo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Jose Hanni fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jaime Sal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Darien having to interfere. Ildefonso Suarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Selatse having to interfere. Jeronimo Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Polentzi in the 78th minute of the match. Jeronimo Darien came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Maranga's Wilfredo Bixintxo. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Bixintxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jeronimo Darien made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Celestino Oro sent off a good shot on target. When Everardo Primo fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Recreo's protests and gave Everardo Primo a yellow card for diving instead. Everardo Primo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Bixintxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ildefonso Suarez took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Selatse. Igor Selatse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Recreo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Maranga were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
