Spectators: 7367 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 147) Buenos Aires Galaxy's Rosendo Napier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rosendo Napier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Napier in the 8th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, Buenos Aires Galaxy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. Justo Dacio came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Tecca's Abelardo Ospetsu. But to his dismay, Abelardo Ospetsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rigoberto Ignazio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Napier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abelardo Ospetsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Justo Dacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Buenos Aires Galaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Ospetsu came free, but Justo Dacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Buenos Aires Galaxy's Patricio Egun got a free kick in the 34th minute. Buenos Aires Galaxy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alvaro Mattin in the 40th minute. The corner ended in Alvaro Mattin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tecca's Rigoberto Ignazio did a great save. After 44 played minutes Tecca got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Ospetsu. With his leg Rigoberto Ignazio managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Buenos Aires Galaxy's Rosendo Napier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gaston Franco hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Ospetsu made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Tecca's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Egun came free, but Rigoberto Ignazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tecca's zone, Rosendo Napier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Ignazio came out of the goal and Rosendo Napier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Ignazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Napier in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Napier in the 63rd minute of play forced Tecca's goalkeeper Rigoberto Ignazio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Buenos Aires Galaxy. Alvaro Mattin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rigoberto Ignazio. 1-2. The supporters of Buenos Aires Galaxy booed when Tecca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosendo Napier struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Rigoberto Ignazio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenos Aires Galaxy. Abelardo Ospetsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Napier in the 86th minute of play forced Tecca's goalkeeper Rigoberto Ignazio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Ignazio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Napier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Ignazio having to interfere. The Tecca players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
