The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Steve Hyuga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arsenio Honrio came out and tried to block the shot, but Steve Hyuga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. When Benito Cordeiro came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the benja fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Cordeiro couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Camilo Escobar in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by benja fc's Mauro Galo. 14 minutes into the match, benja fc's goal looked a bit too open when Yusuf Halland came free, but Arsenio Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd play minute Yusuf Halland came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arsenio Honrio. 3-0. 29 minutes into the match, benja fc's goal looked a bit too open when Yusuf Halland came free, but Arsenio Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yusuf Halland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Arsenio Honrio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 34 minutes into the match, Yusuf Halland notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of benja fc's Arsenio Honrio. Arsenio Honrio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arsenio Honrio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yusuf Halland went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Camilo Escobar hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Galo in the 43rd minute of play forced Boca Juniors Querido's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, benja fc's goal looked a bit too open when Yusuf Halland came free, but Arsenio Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Honrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yusuf Halland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

In the 71st minute, Yusuf Halland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
