Cauã Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Donato Fraco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoimen Gorchev in the 9th minute of play forced Castex's goalkeeper Florencio Millrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Misterio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Naelio came free, but Froilan Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florencio Millrick stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stoimen Gorchev's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Misterio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Vincente came free, but Froilan Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Isidro Lesardo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Froilan Afonso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 20 minutes into the match, Misterio FC's goalkeeper Froilan Afonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Fraco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoimen Gorchev in the 22nd minute of play forced Castex's goalkeeper Florencio Millrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, one of Castex:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Misterio FC a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ladislao Matai, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Castex's Florencio Millrick. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Stoimen Gorchev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Misterio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stoimen Gorchev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Millrick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Naelio in the 34th minute of play forced Misterio FC's goalkeeper Froilan Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes Castex got a freekick which was hit by Placido Naelio. In the 38th minute Stoimen Gorchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Millrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Fraco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Froilan Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Donato Fraco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donato Fraco was the one to do the kick off. Stoimen Gorchev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Florencio Millrick made a huge save. Donato Fraco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Barto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Afonso having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Misterio FC's Stoimen Gorchev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florencio Millrick. Florencio Millrick yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Angelino Feliz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Misterio FC's Rolando Navarro got a free kick in the 67th minute. Castex's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Stoimen Gorchev scored to the left of an out of position Florencio Millrick, making the score, 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Mincho during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Misterio FC! Froilan Afonso had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Isidro Lesardo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Florencio Millrick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoimen Gorchev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Misterio FC booed when Castex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Barto didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Castex's Florencio Millrick got control of the ball when Angelino Feliz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florencio Millrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavril Ciocârlan in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th play minute Gavril Ciocârlan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Florencio Millrick. 0-5. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Castex's goalkeeper Florencio Millrick, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Castex's Florencio Millrick got control of the ball when Stoimen Gorchev tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Castex's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ladislao Matai was slow to take the kick. During this time Misterio FC's players had a chance to rest. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Misterio FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
