Niceto Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Gamus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nasaló's Niceto Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Seguinus in the 19th minute of play. Niceto Gelmiro made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Arturo Cresitobalo sent off a good shot on target. Nasaló's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Arturo Cresitobalo scored to the left of an out of position Niceto Gelmiro, making the score, 2-1. The supporters of San Agustín booed when Nasaló was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Chaime didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Cresitobalo struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Niceto Gelmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Agustín.
