To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. el más grande's Saverio Mercurio got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Haroldo Nahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Curtiembre FC's Endura Arreguia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save La Curtiembre FC from getting a goal against them. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saverio Mercurio was the one to do the kick off. Endura Arreguia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Mercurio in the 51st minute of play. Haroldo Nahia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Alfonso Evangelista made a huge save. Alfonso Evangelista was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Armando Ranolfo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. La Curtiembre FC played a much better game than el más grande and deserved their victory. The el más grande players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
