Haroldo Nahia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th match minute, Ruthian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Cefero to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Beliran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Baristo in the 9th minute. La Curtiembre FC's Endura Arreguia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Guillerme in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Ruthian FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Ranolfo came free, but Leonardo Beliran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Ruthian FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Beliran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haroldo Nahia. 19 minutes into the game, Ruthian FC's Damaso Lartaun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Endura Arreguia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a little luck, Ruthian FC's Leonardo Beliran got control of the ball when Haroldo Nahia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruthian FC's Leonardo Beliran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Ruthian FC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Txordon during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Blas Idacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Curtiembre FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Blas Idacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Beliran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruthian FC's Leonardo Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Ranolfo in the 44th minute of play. Gualterio Pello hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. La Curtiembre FC's Jonatan Baristo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ruthian FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Nahia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fausto Cefero kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Haroldo Nahia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armando Ranolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Armando Ranolfo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Leonardo Beliran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 72 minutes into the match, Ruthian FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Ranolfo came free, but Leonardo Beliran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Damaso Lartaun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Endura Arreguia, 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Ranolfo in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Beliran saved Ruthian FC from getting behind. Blas Idacio took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Beliran. Leonardo Beliran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After 86 played minutes Ruthian FC got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Pello. If Pablo Guillerme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Humberto Dolfo fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Curtiembre FC's protests and gave Humberto Dolfo a yellow card for diving instead. Humberto Dolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Fausto Osasun kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the La Curtiembre FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
