Celso Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Esteban Izel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haedo Sur Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Izel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Gaufred breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Diana's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Guillen came free, but Celso Gaufred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Nestor Jokin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Jokin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haedo Sur Football Club's Segundo Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Vidal in the 28th minute of play. Celso Gaufred came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Haedo Sur Football Club's Esteban Izel. But to his dismay, Esteban Izel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Celso Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Eleazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Haedo Sur Football Club's Segundo Steven proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Haedo Sur Football Club from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Jokin to make the kick off. Carmelo Perfecto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Diana's Nestor Jokin got a free kick in the 57th minute. Celso Gaufred made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Hipolito Lucado sent off a good shot on target. Celso Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Izel in the 64th minute of the match. Haedo Sur Football Club's Clemente Eleazar got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celso Gaufred didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Segundo Steven didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urbano Vidal went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Urbano Vidal hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Haedo Sur Football Club's Abel Oliveiro got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Armando Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Diana getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Joel Franco hit a great ball. When Armando Bero fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haedo Sur Football Club's protests and gave Armando Bero a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Haedo Sur Football Club getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Armando Bero hit a great ball. Abel Oliveiro struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Celso Gaufred didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haedo Sur Football Club. Diana's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Abel Oliveiro scored to the left of an out of position Celso Gaufred, making the score, 1-4. Joel Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the match was over Haedo Sur Football Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Diana throughout the match.
