CSyD Twisted Fate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Lauren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Aaron Licerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Guzman having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Urbano Ulizes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, CSyD Twisted Fate's Rogelio Ponce threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Epifanio Tebaldo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rogelio Ponce made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Teobaldo Edur sent off a good shot on target. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
