The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AFC Richmond. AFC Richmond:s Florentino Alfonso showed great skill when he stopped Ladislao Natal:s penalty. 8 minutes into the game, Gervasio Ilazki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC Richmond's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haedo Sur Football Club the free kick. If Adolfo Damario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th match minute, Haedo Sur Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Eleazar to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AFC Richmond getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aurelio Osoitz hit a great ball. The referee ignored Haedo Sur Football Club's protests and gave Clemente Eleazar a yellow card for diving instead. Clemente Eleazar kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Carolo Conrao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Segundo Steven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Damario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Steven having to interfere. During the 93rd minute of the match Clemente Eleazar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Clemente Eleazar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
