Florentino Alfonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Gaizko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Ferran couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Lauren charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Lauren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, AFC Richmond's Florentino Alfonso got control of the ball when Jairo Sauveur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilberto Tadzio's late challenge caught a DesimoneerTeam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Tadzio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Gilberto Tadzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, AFC Richmond's goalkeeper Florentino Alfonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Sauveur. Gilberto Tadzio hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Ferran in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Ponce saved DesimoneerTeam from getting behind. Amadeo Estebano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rogelio Ponce. DesimoneerTeam's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Carolo Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 81 played minutes, AFC Richmond's Amadeo Estebano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rogelio Ponce came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC Richmond reached it. Nicolas Lauren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florentino Alfonso came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicolas Lauren slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 83rd minute. In the 87th match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Estebano to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Jairo Sauveur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carolo Conrao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victoriano Ferran in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Ponce prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
