Spectators: 7308 (Terracing: 5482, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miguel Elizardo kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Llin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Gartxot. Chañarmullo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulgencio Llin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nereo Heli during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 10 played minutes Chañarmullo got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Heli. Amancio Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Elizardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Seguinus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Chañarmullo's Serafin Seguinus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Amancio Gartxot came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Oil Pollution FC's Miguel Elizardo. But to his dismay, Miguel Elizardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Miguel Elizardo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Gartxot. Amancio Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 30 minutes into the game, one of Oil Pollution FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Miguel Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafin Seguinus to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Chañarmullo defense, Fulgencio Llin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Gartxot. The Chañarmullo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Gartxot should have stopped the shot. Amancio Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Elizardo in the 60th minute of the match. Fulgencio Llin struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Amancio Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oil Pollution FC. In the 65th minute, Fulgencio Llin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th match minute, Oil Pollution FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Filipo to maneuver through the defense. Fulgencio Llin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute Celestino Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Gartxot was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fulgencio Llin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 81 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chañarmullo's zone, Miguel Elizardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Gartxot came out of the goal and Miguel Elizardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Llin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Miguel Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match was over Oil Pollution FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chañarmullo throughout the match.
