Hauke Moor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 9 played minutes Robles got a freekick which was hit by Sandalio Top. After some careless play in the LaGordoneta defense, Sandalio Top kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Leizarraga. The LaGordoneta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Leizarraga should have stopped the shot. Hauke Moor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Hulberto in the 16th minute of play. Gavino Veremundo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. LaGordoneta's Hilario Hulberto got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Higinio Beat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hilario Hulberto came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the LaGordoneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Hulberto couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bocho Cabezuela to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Hilario Hulberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. LaGordoneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Hulberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hauke Moor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorge Leizarraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bocho Cabezuela in the 54th minute of the match. Ruperto Benet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Leizarraga having to make a save. The supporters of Robles booed when LaGordoneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Beat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Bocho Cabezuela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Leizarraga was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After 65 minutes of play, Robles's Bocho Cabezuela made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Leizarraga was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Sandalio Top had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robles's Hauke Moor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Hulberto in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rdth minute of the game Sandalio Top who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LaGordoneta's Jorge Leizarraga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Robles's Bogumil Koperski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Leizarraga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorge Leizarraga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandalio Top in the 77th minute of play. Jorge Leizarraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bocho Cabezuela in the 78th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Robles's Gavino Veremundo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gavino Veremundo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Robles protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gavino Veremundo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 93rd minute, Hilario Hulberto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hauke Moor was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2.
