Spectators: 7287 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adolfo Oihenarte took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Oihenarte came free, but Aquilino Onbera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 played minutes, Cumbita's Arnoldo Urko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aquilino Onbera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cumbita reached it. In the 12th minute, Filomeno Venceslao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidro Sabin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Aquilino Onbera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Fernandes came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres's Silvano Baumer. But to his dismay, Silvano Baumer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 30th minute, Leonardo Lorien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Baumer in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Fernandes saved Cumbita from getting behind. In the 37th minute Jonas Rivas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Onbera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Oihenarte in the 43rd minute of play forced Talleres's goalkeeper Aquilino Onbera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvano Baumer was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Jonas Rivas got a free kick in the 51st minute. Arnaldo Fernandes was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Jonas Rivas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonas Rivas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Rivas in the 57th minute of play forced Cumbita's goalkeeper Arnaldo Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidro Sabin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquilino Onbera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Aquilino Onbera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Filomeno Venceslao hit a great ball. Arnaldo Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Rivas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Cumbita got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Lorien. Jonas Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Fernandes having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Jonas Rivas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cumbita the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Rivas to maneuver through the defense. Talleres's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
