Hugo Eron charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Eron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pincha Fc's Hugo Eron got a free kick in the 4th minute. Jonathan Montes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Rey, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jonathan Montes came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Mercedes AFC's Francisco Quico. But to his dismay, Francisco Quico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pincha Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Lucho Valdez scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Montes, making the score, 2-0. Lucho Valdez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Jonathan Montes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucho Valdez in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Montes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Mercedes AFC's Lucho Valdez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Montes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Santo Henrico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Montes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Naldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jonathan Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucho Valdez in the 33rd minute of the match. Pincha Fc were furious when Alberto Quentin was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 45th minute Lucho Valdez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Montes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucho Valdez made a kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Lucho Valdez sped through Pincha Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Montes. Conrado Rey was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jonathan Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Naldo in the 59th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Mercedes AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Kismi. With a little luck, Mercedes AFC's Cayetano Gauargi got control of the ball when Hugo Eron tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Cayetano Gauargi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonathan Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucho Valdez in the 68th minute of the match. Conrado Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Montes having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Francisco Quico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mercedes AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Jonathan Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Quico in the 76th minute of the match. Ceferino Argina made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lucas Benvido immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Pincha Fc's Santo Henrico got a free kick in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucho Valdez in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Montes saved Pincha Fc from getting behind. With a little luck, Mercedes AFC's Cayetano Gauargi got control of the ball when Hugo Eron tried to sneak it across the goal line. There was no doubt that Mercedes AFC were the better team. Mercedes AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
