The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Montes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Sabin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Arnaldo Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Henrico in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Stefan Witek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Fernandes. Cumbita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Witek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 12th minute, Stefan Witek made a precise shot to the right of Arnaldo Fernandes. Cumbita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Albert Yonchevski scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Fernandes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Cumbita's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Henrico came free, but Arnaldo Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Cumbita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Ermengol to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pincha Fc getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sergio Mark hit a great ball. Pincha Fc's Jonathan Montes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Urko in the 24th minute of play. Arnaldo Fernandes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Witek went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. If Albert Yonchevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cumbita's zone, Albert Yonchevski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Fernandes came out of the goal and Albert Yonchevski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnaldo Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Witek in the 39th minute of the match. Pincha Fc's Marko Kunnas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jonas Miro in the 42 minute of the game. Cumbita's Arnaldo Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Henrico in the 47th minute of play. The Cumbita players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pincha Fc were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Yonchevski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santo Henrico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Isidro Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Albert Yonchevski in the 61st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 65th minute, Pincha Fc's Stefan Witek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. A collision led to Cumbita getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Leonardo Lorien hit a great ball. Jonathan Montes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Oihenarte in the 72nd minute of play. Arnaldo Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Yonchevski in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Pincha Fc booed when Cumbita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Urko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Alberto Quentin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnaldo Fernandes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Pincha Fc's Albert Yonchevski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Fernandes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The Cumbita fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pincha Fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
