The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Embalse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Wallgren came free, but Jeremias Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremias Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Wallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Iratxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Galus in the 6th minute of the match. When Gervasio Indar fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Embalse FC's protests and gave Gervasio Indar a yellow card for diving instead. Eddie Wallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Iratxo having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Embalse FC's Lázaro Gustau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narciso Bidari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeremias Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Caradaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Eddie Wallgren notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Embalse FC's Jeremias Iratxo. Jeremias Iratxo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Embalse FC defense, Fidel Caradaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Iratxo. The Embalse FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Iratxo should have stopped the shot. After 30 minutes of play, Embalse FC's Lázaro Gustau made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Bidari was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Fidel Caradaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremias Iratxo. Embalse FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Caradaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Jeremias Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Wallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Embalse FC's Jeremias Iratxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Galus in the 46th minute of play. Jeremias Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Wallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Embalse FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caseros City were winning 1-5.

Embalse FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Eddie Wallgren scored to the left of an out of position Jeremias Iratxo, making the score, 1-6. 59 minutes into the match, Eddie Wallgren notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of Embalse FC's Jeremias Iratxo. Jeremias Iratxo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 65 minutes, Fidel Caradaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caseros City and the Embalse FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Fidel Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremias Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Wallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Eddie Wallgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jeremias Iratxo. The goal made the score 1-8. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Eddie Wallgren took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Jeremias Iratxo to make any attempt to save it. Embalse FC's Jeremias Iratxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Embalse FC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, Eddie Wallgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jeremias Iratxo. The goal made the score 1-11. In the 90th minute Eddie Wallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Roch Galus made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Iratxo. Embalse FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-12. Eddie Wallgren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Caseros City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jeremias Iratxo was a little too slow when Eddie Wallgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 1-13. Caseros City played a much better game than Embalse FC and deserved their victory. The Embalse FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
