Mazarópi Vasco came out of the goal and Matias Cordairo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético River Plate's Mazarópi Vasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Fraco in the 67th minute of play. Antonio Román made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lucado in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Matias Cordairo put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mazarópi Vasco. Gogo Castel lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle.
