After 13 minutes of play, Los titanes's Wincenty Pryputnicki made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Clemencin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cosme Lleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Los titanes's zone, Marcial Gamus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Inguma came out of the goal and Marcial Gamus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Ezequiel Barto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Los titanes's Florentino Clemencin threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wincenty Pryputnicki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Wincenty Pryputnicki took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Florentino Clemencin to make any attempt to save it. 40 minutes into the match, Los titanes's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Millrick came free, but Santiago Inguma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Cosme Lleir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los titanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

The supporters of San Lorenzo y LosRedo booed when Los titanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Nevada didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cosme Lleir in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Clemencin saved San Lorenzo y LosRedo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Pryputnicki in the 87th minute of play forced San Lorenzo y LosRedo's goalkeeper Florentino Clemencin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
