The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Justo Raymon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 13 minutes into the match, Mercedes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Cesaro came free, but Justo Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Marquesado got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Quintin. In the 20th minute Jeremias Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Valiente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Cesaro in the 21st minute of play forced Mercedes FC's goalkeeper Justo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mercedes FC were furious when Tadeo Guillem was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 22 minutes into the game, one of Mercedes FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Marquesado. Cecilio Gaufred stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Justo Raymon. 2-2. 27 minutes into the match, Mercedes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Delfino came free, but Justo Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marquesado's Ambrosio Valiente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Ixona in the 35th minute of play. Saverio Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Raymon having to interfere. Justo Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Cesaro in the 39th minute of the match. Victoriano Loreto hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Gombal in the 41st minute of play forced Mercedes FC's goalkeeper Justo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cecilio Gaufred, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Valentin Gombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Gombal was the one to do the kick off. Ambrosio Valiente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Justo Raymon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Delfino in the 53rd minute. Ambrosio Valiente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Gilabert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saul Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Justo Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Marquesado booed when Mercedes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Dino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ambrosio Valiente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Gilabert in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Marquesado's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Gilabert came free, but Ambrosio Valiente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mercedes FC's Jeremias Gilabert in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
