In the 13th minute Jeronimo Jerold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos Gaizko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christian Dantae. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. In the 19th minute, Norberto Procopio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Christian Dantae, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Gartzi in the 22nd minute of play forced Aguaribay's goalkeeper Timoteo Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlético Hello Fifi's protests and gave Rene Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in C. Atlético Hello Fifi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Christian Dantae, was totally fooled by Aguaribay's Arnaldo Pirro, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Eguerdi was the one to do the kick off. C. Atlético Hello Fifi's Santo Eguerdi got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57thth minute of the game Santo Eguerdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguaribay's Timoteo Columbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Timoteo Columbo came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by C. Atlético Hello Fifi's Santo Eguerdi. But to his dismay, Santo Eguerdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. After 63 minutes, Ambrosio Otsoko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. Atlético Hello Fifi and the Aguaribay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes C. Atlético Hello Fifi got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Otsoko. In the 66th minute of the match, Francisco Gartzi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Timoteo Columbo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Aguaribay defense, Francisco Gartzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timoteo Columbo. The Aguaribay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timoteo Columbo should have stopped the shot. Erasmo Piearres kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Timoteo Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Eguerdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 75 minutes on the clock, Arnaldo Pirro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Aguaribay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C. Atlético Hello Fifi:s goal. In the 78th minute, Jeronimo Jerold left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. Atlético Hello Fifi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. Cornelio Patrido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Timoteo Columbo made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Aguaribay's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Eguerdi came free, but Timoteo Columbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Henric kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Francisco Gartzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. Atlético Hello Fifi's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Gartzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Columbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aguaribay's Timoteo Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Eguerdi in the 89th minute of play. Norberto Procopio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Eguerdi in the 95th minute of play. Santos Gaizko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Christian Dantae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded C. Atlético Hello Fifi left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aguaribay.
