Lobos del Sur's Laureano Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Quilo in the 8th minute of play. Lobos del Sur's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cesar Quilo 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristobal Liberto in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laureano Gines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, Lobos del Sur's goalkeeper Laureano Gines had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidio Dolcet. A collision led to Otto Bemberg getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ovidio Dolcet hit a great ball. Cristobal Liberto's late challenge caught a Lobos del Sur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristobal Liberto helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Otto Bemberg got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Liberto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Quilo in the 32nd minute of play forced Lobos del Sur's goalkeeper Laureano Gines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Quilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Laureano Gines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laureano Gines made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Ovidio Dolcet sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Laureano Gines successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Deunoro was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lobos del Sur's Alfonso Eguen got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Laureano Gines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Dolcet in the 53rd minute of play. If Ovidio Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Dolcet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Gines having to interfere. If Ovidio Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Otto Bemberg's Cesar Quilo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laureano Gines made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Laureano Gines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Dolcet, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th match minute, Lobos del Sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melih Cevdet Dündaroğlu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lobos del Sur's Alfonso Eguen got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute Cesar Quilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Gines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Otto Bemberg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lobos del Sur had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
