Spectators: 7367 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 147) Cesar Quilo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind General Roca's goalkeeper Elvio Firme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Otto Bemberg's Basilio Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Otto Bemberg from getting a goal against them. After 11 minutes of play, Otto Bemberg's Ovidio Dolcet made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elvio Firme was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Fernando Diaz fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored General Roca's protests and gave Fernando Diaz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Otto Bemberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Vistruario to maneuver through the defense. After 21 minutes, Marcial Vistruario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Otto Bemberg and the General Roca players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Guilabertus in the 24th minute of play forced Otto Bemberg's goalkeeper Basilio Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. General Roca's Elvio Firme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Dolcet in the 26th minute of play. Otto Bemberg's Leonel Sauveur suffered a concussion in the 27th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Javier Abadia charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Abadia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, General Roca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Abadia to maneuver through the defense. General Roca's Elvio Firme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Liberto in the 31st minute of play. Basilio Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Orlondo in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Cesar Quilo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elvio Firme. General Roca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cesar Quilo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Basilio Alonso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Gustavo Aguilera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes, Otto Bemberg's Jeronimo Fidencio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elvio Firme came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Otto Bemberg reached it. Elvio Firme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Dolcet in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, General Roca's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Quilo came free, but Elvio Firme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Firme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Dolcet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The General Roca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Otto Bemberg were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Otto Bemberg getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cristobal Liberto hit a great ball. Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, General Roca's goalkeeper Elvio Firme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidio Dolcet. In the 73rd minute, Hilario Guilabertus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Alonso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 76 minutes into the game, Prudencio Mano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Otto Bemberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave General Roca the free kick. After 76 played minutes Otto Bemberg got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Mano. Elvio Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Quilo in the 78th minute of the match. Otto Bemberg were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after General Roca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeronimo Fidencio took the corner. After taking down the ball on Otto Bemberg's corner Jeronimo Fidencio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elvio Firme quite easily take care of the ball. Ovidio Dolcet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Elvio Firme made a huge save. Elvio Firme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidio Dolcet in the 85th minute. Flavio Ipar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Firme having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of General Roca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Otto Bemberg:s goal. Cesar Quilo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Flavio Ipar might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elvio Firme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Ipar ran back to his position shaking his head. Elvio Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ovidio Dolcet came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elvio Firme could save by the left post. Basilio Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Orlondo in the 96th minute of play. The General Roca supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Otto Bemberg's performance. The match ended with a win for Otto Bemberg.
