The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elvio Firme made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Honorato Chano sent off a good shot on target. Victorio Guillen charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Guillen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th match minute, El Destilador F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Guillen to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Guilabertus kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Honorato Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Destilador F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvio Firme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorato Chano got free with Elvio Firme in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Honorato Chano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Elvio Firme made a huge save. Elvio Firme made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Honorato Chano sent off a good shot on target. Honorato Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eldin Erazo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Honorato Chano took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Firme. Elvio Firme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Elvio Firme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorato Chano in the 36th minute. The supporters of General Roca booed when El Destilador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Elvio Firme managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when El Destilador F.C.'s Honorato Chano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. General Roca's Elvio Firme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save General Roca from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Guilabertus in the 46th minute of play forced El Destilador F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

El Destilador F.C.'s Jorge Faron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save El Destilador F.C. from getting a goal against them. El Destilador F.C.'s Jorge Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Orlondo in the 55th minute of play. Jorge Faron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Guilabertus, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Jorge Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Orlondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Honorato Chano made a precise shot to the right of Elvio Firme. General Roca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 67th minute Hilario Guilabertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Faron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of General Roca booed when El Destilador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, General Roca's Jorge Faron threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rene Orlondo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 79 minutes into the match, El Destilador F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Faron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Guilabertus. El Destilador F.C.'s Jorge Faron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save El Destilador F.C. from getting a goal against them. Elvio Firme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorato Chano went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moises Rudolfo during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Moises Rudolfo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When Honorato Chano came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the El Destilador F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Chano couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Victorio Guillen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute Honorato Chano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvio Firme came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Destilador F.C.'s Honorato Chano. But to his dismay, Honorato Chano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. El Destilador F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
