Feliciano Maradona made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Claudio Lohitzun sent off a good shot on target. Feliciano Maradona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Dacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Chaime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Emilio Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laureano Ubarna got free with Feliciano Maradona in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deportivo Patagones! Feliciano Maradona came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Patagones's Laureano Ubarna. But to his dismay, Laureano Ubarna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Braulio Rius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antiguyo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Braulio Rius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Theobald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Claudio Lohitzun notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Antiguyo FC's Feliciano Maradona. Feliciano Maradona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Augusto Pirro hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Julian Balasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Maradona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Maradona was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Leonel Dacio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonel Dacio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Dacio in the 41st minute of play forced Antiguyo FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Maradona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The Antiguyo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliciano Maradona should have stopped the shot. Julian Balasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliciano Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Lohitzun in the 70th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Patricio Otoniel put in a rough tackle. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Filomeno Javiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Patagones's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Javiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Maradona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes into the game, Leonel Dacio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Feliciano Maradona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Feliciano Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Lohitzun in the 80th minute of the match. If Braulio Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Deportivo Patagones had played much better football throughout.
