In the 3rd minute Romeo Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Maradona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Dacio charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Dacio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes SynapseFC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Dacio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Ursino in the 7th minute of play forced Antiguyo FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Maradona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antiguyo FC's Feliciano Maradona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Ursino in the 8th minute of play. Feliciano Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Dacio in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Antiguyo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Dacio came free, but Feliciano Maradona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliciano Maradona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Pasqual in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Antonio Chaime managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antiguyo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Chaime was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Gabirel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Freddy Gabirel was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Braulio Rius capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Braulio Rius really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Feliciano Maradona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Ursino in the 25th minute of play. Antonio Chaime struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Freddy Gabirel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antiguyo FC. Braulio Rius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Gabirel having to interfere. Feliciano Maradona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Eusko in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Braulio Rius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antiguyo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Rius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Braulio Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Freddy Gabirel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Romeo Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Maradona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Ursino in the 47th minute of play forced Antiguyo FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Maradona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Braulio Rius made a kick off. Antiguyo FC's Lauro do Vale suffered a sore thigh after 51 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ciro Jakobe charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Jakobe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes SynapseFC got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Jakobe. If Braulio Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SynapseFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ciro Jakobe hit a great ball. Feliciano Maradona made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Romeo Dacio sent off a good shot on target. Feliciano Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Eusko in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Eusko in the 65th minute of play forced Antiguyo FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Maradona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliciano Maradona made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Gustavo Pasqual sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Antiguyo FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Maradona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Pasqual. Feliciano Maradona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Eusko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Arnulfo Ursino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Feliciano Maradona. The goal made the score 2-1. Santo Eusko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Feliciano Maradona came out and tried to block the shot, but Santo Eusko slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 82nd minute. In the 85th minute Romeo Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Maradona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th match minute, SynapseFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Bela to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the game, Romeo Dacio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Feliciano Maradona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SynapseFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
