After a rather tough play, JUBE FC's Juan Ramos got a free kick in the 8th minute. Kajetan von Egidy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Beremundo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 14 minutes, Marcelino Crispo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JUBE FC and the Deportivo Muñiz players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Marcelino Crispo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Loiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Elvio Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Elvio Presebal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pinto in the 32nd minute of play forced Deportivo Muñiz's goalkeeper Quinto Pagès to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Frank Krasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Muñiz's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Krasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Beremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elvio Presebal struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Enrique Beremundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Muñiz. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Pinto was the one to do the kick off. Edgard deconinck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Beremundo having to interfere. 56 minutes into the game, Igor Mederi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JUBE FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Muñiz the free kick. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for JUBE FC! Elvio Presebal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enrique Beremundo having to make a save. In the 69th match minute, Deportivo Muñiz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Presebal to maneuver through the defense. Frank Krasa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Beremundo came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Krasa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Presebal in the 75th minute of play forced JUBE FC's goalkeeper Enrique Beremundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Muñiz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julio Loiola in the 76th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of JUBE FC's goalie and right to Daniel Pirro. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. JUBE FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Fraco during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of JUBE FC booed when Deportivo Muñiz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Fraco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bobby Lonsdale struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Quinto Pagès didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JUBE FC. Quinto Pagès made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Ferrando in the 82nd minute of play. JUBE FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Frank Krasa scored to the left of an out of position Enrique Beremundo, making the score, 0-5. Deportivo Muñiz's Constantino Esquipula was substituted for Edgard deconinck. After 87 played minutes Deportivo Muñiz got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Huly. In the 89th match minute, Deportivo Muñiz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Huly to maneuver through the defense. Elvio Presebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Deportivo Muñiz played a much better game than JUBE FC and deserved their victory. The JUBE FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
