The crowd rose to their feet as JUBE FC's Daniel Pinto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeremias Lop. That made the score 2-1 after 32 minutes of play. Jeremias Lop made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Daniel Pinto sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the game, JUBE FC's Daniel Pinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Lop made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

After some careless play in the Las Pelotas defense, Ubaldo Erramu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Lop. The Las Pelotas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Lop should have stopped the shot.
