In the 9th match minute, Ogilvie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Tauro to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ogilvie's zone, Nicolas Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Malvin came out of the goal and Nicolas Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. Nicolas Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kauan Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Hernando, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Enzo Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kauan Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 minutes, Damian Ixidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ogilvie and the Atletico Lucas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ogilvie's Damian Ixidor got a free kick in the 34th minute. Alberto Malvin was a little too slow when Aquiles Urritz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. Mateo Hernando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateo Hernando made a kick off. Mateo Hernando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Malvin was relentless in the 78th minute of the game.
