Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mateo Hernando took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alberto Malvin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto-Dionisio Maschio's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. The supporters of Ogilvie booed when Dr Favaloro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Urki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ogilvie's zone, Humberto-Dionisio Maschio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Malvin came out of the goal and Humberto-Dionisio Maschio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Humberto-Dionisio Maschio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto-Dionisio Maschio in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Dr Favaloro got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Socorro. 28 minutes into the game, Ogilvie's Enzo Guter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ubaldo Lore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Humberto-Dionisio Maschio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto-Dionisio Maschio in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ogilvie's zone, Humberto-Dionisio Maschio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Malvin came out of the goal and Humberto-Dionisio Maschio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th match minute, Dr Favaloro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Urki to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the game, Mateo Hernando recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Lore. Mateo Hernando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Hernando in the 55th minute of play forced Dr Favaloro's goalkeeper Ubaldo Lore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well placed Humberto-Dionisio Maschio short distance shot in the 59th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Humberto-Dionisio Maschio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto-Dionisio Maschio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberto Malvin having to make a save. Ubaldo Lore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Hernando in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Eriberto Socorro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dr Favaloro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ogilvie the free kick. Eriberto Socorro hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Dr Favaloro got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Demesio. After 81 played minutes Ogilvie got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Tauro. After a defensive mix-up in Dr Favaloro's zone, Mateo Hernando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Lore came out of the goal and Mateo Hernando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ogilvie's goalkeeper Alberto Malvin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ogilvie's Ladislao Tauro got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto-Dionisio Maschio in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Malvin saved Ogilvie from getting behind. Humberto-Dionisio Maschios short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Alberto Malvin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ogilvie fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dr Favaloro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
