When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Ernesto Fernandes put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Lizer. The supporters of Los Invisibles booed when La Cicloneta F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Lizer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Desiderio Luar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 91 minute of play. If Sebastian Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Los Invisibles supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Invisibles would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
