Robles Warriors's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nunez Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute Melchor Luzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Cafayate's goalkeeper Nunez Monico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Uzuri. In the 18th minute Cafayate were awarded a corner. Nemesio Cidro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Cafayate's Nemesio Cidro to fire away a dangerous shot which Venancio Goren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22nd minute Benito Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Justino Aurken rounded Cafayate's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. 33 minutes into the match, Cafayate's goalkeeper Nunez Monico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Luzea. In the 35th minute, Arnoldo Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Robles Warriors's Nunez Monico threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melchor Luzea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nunez Monico made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Melchor Luzea sent off a good shot on target. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Luzea to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Melchor Luzea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nunez Monico. Cafayate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melchor Luzea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Cafayate's Nunez Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Uzuri in the 57th minute of play. Robles Warriors's Venancio Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Duardo in the 63rd minute of play. Ramiro Duardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Venancio Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nunez Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Teodoro Uzuri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cafayate's Nunez Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Uzuri in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Moises Mouricio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Venancio Goren was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Luzea in the 92nd minute of play forced Cafayate's goalkeeper Nunez Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
