Spectators: 7143 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcelino Paublo got the match started through his kick off. Hermengildo Ihintza kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes, Coiruro's Honorato Rosalio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clodoveo Flor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Coiruro reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Paublo in the 15th minute of play forced Cortamambo's goalkeeper Clodoveo Flor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Urritz during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Coiruro's Carolo Urritz got a free kick in the 25th minute. Marcelino Paublo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Flor having to interfere. Lázaro Euloxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelino Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Clodoveo Flor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Christian Gergori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ruben Sanduru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Enzo Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Paublo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Paublo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Coiruro got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Paublo. After a defensive mix-up in Cortamambo's zone, Marcelino Paublo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Flor came out of the goal and Marcelino Paublo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Marcelino Paublo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Coiruro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Paublo couldn't finish the play. Lázaro Abeita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristo Garikoitz having to make a save. The supporters of Cortamambo booed when Coiruro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Paublo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
