When Gualterio Damario fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OLAYON FC CDE's protests and gave Gualterio Damario a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MAF FC booed when OLAYON FC CDE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Damario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Modestio in the 4th minute of the match. OLAYON FC CDE's Gilberto Maurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Clis in the 6th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Modestio in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Maurin saved OLAYON FC CDE from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uriel Roderigo during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MAF FC booed when OLAYON FC CDE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Roderigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Maurin came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by MAF FC's Genaro Fanuco. But to his dismay, Genaro Fanuco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Esteve Barea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute Emanuel Modestio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Maurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MAF FC's Sergio Ekain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Barea in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, OLAYON FC CDE's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Kaiet came free, but Gilberto Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Maurin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Clis, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, OLAYON FC CDE's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Ritchie came free, but Gilberto Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Maurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Ritchie in the 28th minute of play. Esteve Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, OLAYON FC CDE's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Kaiet came free, but Gilberto Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Genaro Fanuco notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of OLAYON FC CDE's Gilberto Maurin. Gilberto Maurin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 41 minutes, Genaro Fanuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAF FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Fanuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Ekain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Tabb's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. When Esteve Barea fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OLAYON FC CDE's protests and gave Esteve Barea a yellow card for diving instead. Esteve Barea hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Carmelo Kaiet made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to OLAYON FC CDE getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Victoriano Gartzea hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Modestio in the 59th minute of play forced OLAYON FC CDE's goalkeeper Gilberto Maurin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, MAF FC's Genaro Fanuco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as MAF FC's Carmelo Kaiet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilberto Maurin. That made the score 1-5 after 66 minutes of play. If Cristo Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Maurin came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by MAF FC's Carmelo Kaiet. But to his dismay, Carmelo Kaiet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. OLAYON FC CDE's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carmelo Kaiet 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Modestio in the 81st minute of play forced OLAYON FC CDE's goalkeeper Gilberto Maurin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. OLAYON FC CDE's Gilberto Maurin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save OLAYON FC CDE from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, OLAYON FC CDE's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Modestio came free, but Gilberto Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
