Spectators: 7104 (Terracing: 5604, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Saverio Procopio kicked off to start the match. Jonathan Azibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Gervaso in the 6th minute of the match. Leopoldo Lertxun scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clodoveo Herensuge, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Kiaxi FC booed when Patoruzu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Ferdinand didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 minutes, Timoteo Galsino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kiaxi FC and the Patoruzu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kiaxi FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Timoteo Galsino hit a great ball. Jonathan Azibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Gervaso in the 32nd minute of play. With 35 minutes on the clock, Cleto Donio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Leopoldo Lertxun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patoruzu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Lertxun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodoveo Herensuge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Patoruzu FC's zone, Placido Gervaso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Azibar came out of the goal and Placido Gervaso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Jonathan Azibar managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Kiaxi FC's Artemio Gorosti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Placido Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jonathan Azibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 48 minutes, Placido Gervaso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kiaxi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Gervaso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Placido Gervaso to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Patoruzu FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rolando Sendoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Kiaxi FC's players had a chance to rest. Rolando Sendoa made a great header on Kiaxi FC's corner, it was just that Patoruzu FC's Jonathan Azibar managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 55th minute, Paulino Jesco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Placido Gervaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Patoruzu FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Romeo Lope hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Kiaxi FC's Rolando Sendoa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Placido Gervaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Patoruzu FC's Adrian Nerio got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute of the match Rolando Sendoa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Azibar skillfully saved the ball. Placido Gervaso struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Jonathan Azibar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiaxi FC. 91 minutes into the match, Kiaxi FC's Placido Gervaso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Azibar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Kiaxi FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
