Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Godoy's zone, Filiberto Seguinus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Canor came out of the goal and Filiberto Seguinus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Seguinus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saverio Procopio in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Canor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 11 played minutes Godoy got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Silviano. If Gaudencio Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Gaudencio Tolino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Canor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Lertxun in the 21st minute of the match. When Filiberto Seguinus fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Patoruzu FC's protests and gave Filiberto Seguinus a yellow card for diving instead. Norberto Kismi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jonathan Azibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Norberto Kismi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Godoy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Patoruzu FC the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Godoy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Kismi to maneuver through the defense. If Norberto Kismi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Godoy defense, Leopoldo Lertxun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Canor. The Godoy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Canor should have stopped the shot. Godoy's Ricardo Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Lertxun in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Patoruzu FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saverio Procopio made a kick off. Leopoldo Lertxun took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Canor. Ricardo Canor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Lisandro Diegotxe put in a rough tackle. Ricardo Canor had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Eulalio Dalmau's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Patoruzu FC's Eulalio Dalmau got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Gaudencio Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ricardo Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Procopio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 89 minutes, Gaudencio Tolino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Godoy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Tolino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Patoruzu FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Azibar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Esteve Polentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Patoruzu FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Patoruzu FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
