The tension between the Macha and the Belgrano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Macha fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Virgo Nõmmeots, was totally fooled by Belgrano's Conrado Oidor, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cristo Guillem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Firman in the 12th minute of play. Atilano Chap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute Atilano Chap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgo Nõmmeots saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Atilano Chap's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgo Nõmmeots was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Jose Firman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Guillem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Atilano Chap had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgo Nõmmeots. Macha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atilano Chap was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Belgrano booed when Macha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armindo Vilhena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Atilano Chap had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgo Nõmmeots. Macha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atilano Chap was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 33rd minute, Belgrano's Atilano Chap ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Virgo Nõmmeots. Virgo Nõmmeots yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Delmar Eyague hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Macha's Virgo Nõmmeots played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Chap in the 42nd minute of play. Vicente Pereyra hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armindo Vilhena to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Delmar Eyague was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgrano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Macha the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Eyague to maneuver through the defense. Macha's Virgo Nõmmeots played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Chap in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Atilano Chap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgo Nõmmeots stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atilano Chap's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Jose Firman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Guillem having to interfere. If Jose Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Cheche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atilano Chap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virgo Nõmmeots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Cheche in the 78th minute of play. After 81 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Eyague. In the 82nd minute, Delmar Eyague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Bermudez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Guillem having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Macha's zone, Atilano Chap stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgo Nõmmeots came out of the goal and Atilano Chap tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Belgrano had won after a very even match.
