After 26 minutes, Esteban Etxekopar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cóndores and the Jorgelín Negro players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Jorgelín Negro booed when Cóndores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Etxekopar didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Jorgelín Negro getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kent Håkansson hit a great ball. When Florencio Cerilo fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cóndores's protests and gave Florencio Cerilo a yellow card for diving instead. Raul Nel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Rogelio Mergildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Nel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cóndores's Hernan Astigar got a free kick in the 50th minute. After 51 minutes of play, Jorgelín Negro's Raul Nel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Mergildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rogelio Mergildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eleuterio Serapio went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Esteban Etxekopar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Sergio Gipson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Nel in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Mergildo saved Cóndores from getting behind. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Mergildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 minutes of play, Jorgelín Negro's Sergio Gipson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Mergildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Tris Hampshire fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The audience was convinced that Raul Nel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Mergildo was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Kent Håkansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, Cóndores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Cerilo to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Sergio Gipson put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rogelio Mergildo.
